This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped by Sensoware Automation Private Limited.
Order Processing
Sensoware Automation Private Limited does not accept direct online orders through the website. All orders are processed as Business-to-Business (B2B) supplies based on:
- Approved quotations
- Purchase Orders (PO)
- Proforma invoices
- Sales orders issued by the Company
Orders are scheduled for dispatch only after order confirmation and payment terms are fulfilled as per the agreed commercial terms.
Shipping and Dispatch
Products are dispatched through approved logistics partners, transporters, or courier services selected by the Company or mutually agreed with the customer.
Shipping timelines depend on:
- Product availability
- Manufacturing schedule
- Order quantity
- Dispatch location
- Transport availability
Estimated dispatch timelines, when provided, are indicative and not guaranteed.
Delivery Responsibility
Once the shipment is handed over to the logistics provider, the responsibility for transit lies with the transporter or courier service, subject to the agreed delivery terms in the invoice or purchase order.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing correct delivery address and contact details
- Ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment
- Inspecting goods at the time of delivery
Transit Damage and Warranty Support
We do not accept returns of supplied products.
In case of transit damage, customers must:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photographs of the package and damaged product
- Provide delivery receipt or transporter acknowledgement
Transit-related damages will be handled under warranty support, subject to verification and warranty terms.
Sensoware Automation Private Limited will assist customers in resolving transit damage claims where applicable.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and freight charges, if applicable, will be specified in the quotation, proforma invoice, or sales invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, freight terms will follow the commercial terms mentioned in the order confirmation.
Force Majeure
Sensoware Automation Private Limited shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of shipping or delivery obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods, fires, or earthquakes
- Transport strikes or logistics disruptions
- Government restrictions or regulatory actions
- War, civil unrest, or public emergencies
- Power failures or supply chain disruptions
- Pandemic or epidemic situations
In such circumstances, dispatch timelines may be extended without liability.
