🧭 Step-by-Step Operation Guide

Step 1: Prepare the Unit

  • Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface.
  • Pull the handle forward and rest it gently in the rear support position.
  • Insert one plastic disc into the central rotating holder, aligning it with the notch to fix it securely.

  • Turn on the unit using the power switch on the right side.
  • Wait for the device to initialize (disc will not rotate until handle is engaged).

Step 3: Place the Dough

  • Prepare a soft dough ball — not too sticky, not too dry.
  • Place it at the center of the plastic disc.

Step 4: Use the Assist Sheet

  • Place a Roller Assist Plastic Sheet on top of the dough to prevent sticking and ensure smooth rolling.

Step 5: Begin Rolling

  • Slowly move the handle towards the center.
  • As the handle approaches, the rotating disc will start automatically.
  • Continue applying light, even pressure until the dough spreads to the desired size and thickness.

Step 6: Stop Rolling

  • Once done, gently lift the handle back to the resting position.
  • This will automatically stop the rotating disc.

Step 7: Remove the Roti

  • Slowly peel off the assist sheet like peeling a sticker — do it gently to avoid tearing.
  • Peel the rolled roti from the plastic disc and place it on a plate, ready for cooking.

🧪 Adjusting for Best Results (Trial & Error Tips)

Achieving perfect results may take a few tries. Here are key elements to fine-tune:

  1. Dough Quantity – Too much dough makes thicker rotis; too little makes small ones.
  2. Pressing Pressure – Adjust handle pressure for desired thickness.
  3. Rolling Time – Longer pressing spreads more; stop when ideal size is reached.

⚠️ Safety Precautions

  • Use only the provided adapter to avoid electrical hazards.
  • Keep away from water or wet surfaces while operating.
  • Ensure children do not operate the unit unsupervised.
  • Do not place hands or objects near the rotating disc while in operation.
  • Unplug the unit when not in use or before cleaning.

🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Turn off and unplug the device before cleaning.
  • Remove the plastic disc and clean it with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Clean assist sheets gently with mild soap and dry thoroughly.
  • Wipe down the outer body of the unit with a dry cloth — do not immerse in water.

⚠️ Important Usage Caution

SmartRoll Lite is specifically designed for domestic use in home kitchens.
It is not intended for continuous or high-volume commercial usage such as in restaurants, catering services, or food processing units.

Using the unit for commercial purposes may lead to premature wear, overheating, or loss of warranty coverage.

For commercial applications, please explore our industrial-grade roti and chapati rolling machines designed for that purpose.
